Launch of new Eritrean movement

Brussels, 14/01/09: Click here to read a BBC article about the launch of a new Eritrean movement that took place in London last week-end. The movement, called Citizens for Democratic Rights in Eritrea, will work for bringing about a dialogue between the government and the opposition. It includes, among several of the country's best know intelectuals, Professor Bereket Habteselassie, who wrote Eritrea's constitution, which the government has yet to implement.
