Development Cooperation Instrument is published in the Official Journal

Brussels, 28/12/06: The Development Cooperation Instrument (DCI) has been published in the Official Journal of the EU.

The DCI was finally adopted in second reading by the European Parliament on 18 December 2006, more than two years after the European Commission published its original proposal.
