Exchange of letters between the European Commission and the European Parliament on the budget

Brussels, 15 December 2006: There has been an exchange of letters between the European Commissioner for Development Cooperation, Louis Michel, and the Chair of the Committee on Development in the European Parliament, Luisa Morgantini, regarding the budgetary division of the thematic programmes on “Investing in People” and on “Non-state actors and Local Authorities in Development”.
