EU HR for CFSP Javier Solana appoints a new Personal Representative for Human Rights

Brussels, 07/02/07: On 29 January, Javier Solana, EU High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP), appointed Mrs Riina Kionka as his Personal Representative for Human Rights.

Mrs Kionka replaces Mr Michael Matthiessen who has been appointed as Personal Representative of the SG/HR for Parliamentary Affairs.
