Haiti Matters is a network of people and organisations supporting the Haitian people.
The objectives are the following:
- Build Haiti Matters into a strong network with an authoritative advocacy voice on Haiti.
- Ensure that any external intervention into Haiti takes a holistic approach as outlined in our critical success factors document.
- Encourage and promote fundraising events for humanitarian and peace building projects in Haiti.
Within Haiti Matters we publish biweekly situation reports on the developments in Haiti. The information is collected through its network which includes organisations that are active on the ground.
